This website is operated by Windragon Pty Ltd (ABN 57 111 758 135). By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Windragon Pty Ltd, including but not limited to online, fax, phone, agent, trade fair, and email orders.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Government of Australia and the relevant State Government where the user is located.

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must use your real name and a valid email address when registering. If any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete—or if Windragon Pty Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect such—your account may be suspended or terminated, and your access to the site restricted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All content on this website—including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written materials—is the property of Windragon Pty Ltd. You may not copy, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content in any way. Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. Prices displayed are deemed correct at the time of publication. However, due to potential errors, fluctuations in currency, or other factors, Windragon Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices or product specifications at any time without prior notice.

Products

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and colour representations. However, colours may vary depending on your device or monitor settings, and Windragon Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen perfectly reflects the actual product.

Returns & Credits

1. Claims & Authorisation
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credits for incorrect selection. Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. All returns must be authorised by Windragon head office and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via email or fax and include images of the issue. If you do not lodge a claim within 7 days, you are deemed to have accepted the goods in full.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for all freight charges associated with returning goods that are not faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. All returns must be sent to the Windragon head office/warehouse in Melbourne, accompanied by return authorisation.

Windragon Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse credits for goods that are returned without authorisation or are not in saleable condition. No credits, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. Sales representatives and agents are not authorised to accept returns without prior approval from head office.

2. Restocking Fee
Unless the return is due to a Windragon error or a defective product, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes). This will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Delivery

All orders are subject to a freight charge, calculated based on the greater of either the cubic or weight measurement of the consignment. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Orders are shipped via common carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. All deliveries—both domestic and international—must be sent to a business address, unless otherwise arranged. While we can deliver to residential addresses, the following conditions apply:

• Residential deliveries will incur a surcharge. This additional charge covers the higher handling costs typically associated with residential areas.
• All residential deliveries will be sent with Authority to Leave if no one is present at the time of delivery. Once the courier has delivered the goods, Windragon Pty Ltd assumes no further responsibility for any loss or damage.
• All delivery addresses provided are assumed to be business addresses unless stated otherwise.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all cartons are accounted for before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Windragon Pty Ltd is not liable for any goods lost or misplaced after delivery has been completed and signed for.

If you prefer to use your own courier, please notify us at the time of ordering. We will coordinate directly with your nominated courier for pickup from our warehouse. Once goods have been collected, Windragon Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

Standard delivery times to most Australian capital cities are approximately 2–4 working days. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier. Please note:

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
• We are unable to request that couriers call prior to delivery.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing it, or if you have any delivery concerns, please contact our team promptly for assistance.

Payment

We accept payment via EFT, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cheque, or cash.

An account is considered overdue if not paid within 31 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend supply, cancel accounts, or revert overdue accounts to Proforma terms until payment compliance is re-established.

In accordance with the ATO’s Procurement 30 Day Payment Policy for Small Business (effective 1 December 2008), we reserve the right to charge Late Payment Interest on accounts overdue by 90 days or more. Interest is calculated daily and billed monthly as a separate Tax Invoice (excl. GST). If the interest amount is under $10.00, a $10 administration fee will apply instead.

The interest rate used is the ATO’s general interest rate, updated quarterly and available on the ATO website. If final payments are made before month-end, customers must notify us so the Late Payment Invoice can be issued prior to settlement. We may also charge a $10 monthly account-keeping fee on overdue balances to cover collection costs.

All goods remain the property of Windragon Pty Ltd until full payment is received, including all associated fees. We reserve the right to enter the purchaser’s premises—or any premises where the goods are reasonably believed to be held—without notice, to repossess unpaid goods.

Privacy Policy

Windragon Pty Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your details with third-party organisations or individuals except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery partners) or where required by law.
